The house overlooks the lake, which is only 25 yards away , through the large double french doors.

It has two bedrooms each containing two single beds, built-in wardrobe and a bedside cabinet. Bed linen is provided.

The open plan kitchen /dining / living room has all the mod cons necessary to make your stay stress free.

This includes cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, plus of course all the utensils, crockery and cutlery you need.

Off the lounge area is the bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.

There is a television and video player for those wishing to take advantage of the number of supplied videos, plus there is also a hi-fi for your pleasure too.

We have a selection of books and magazines plus brochures of the surrounding area including local places of interest, fine restaurants and local events.

In a separate room at the end of the house there is a bait freezer and a washing machine.

Outside on the patio there is a garden table and four chairs. Down by the lake, in the swim overlooked by the house, there is an A-frame picnic table.
