The fully heated house overlooks the lake, which is only 25 yards away , through the large double french doors.

It has two bedrooms each containing two single beds, built-in wardrobe and a bedside cabinet. Bed linen is provided.

The open plan kitchen /dining / living room has all the mod cons necessary to make your stay stress free.

This includes cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, plus of course all the utensils, crockery and cutlery you need.

Off the lounge area is the bathroom with bath/shower, basin and toilet.

There is English television, a DVD player and a Video player for those wanting to take advantage of the number of supplied DVD’s and videos, plus there is also a hi-fi for your pleasure too.

We have a selection of books and magazines plus brochures of the surrounding area including local places of interest, fine restaurants and local events.

In a separate room at the end of the house there is a bait freezer and a washing machine.

Outside on the patio there is a garden table and four chairs and a small portable BBQ. Down by the lake, in the swim overlooked by the house, there is an A-frame picnic table.
